Conference registration fee

• Attendance at all sessions during the 3 days of the conference. 
• A conference bag containing the relevant documents and materials upon arrival at the event.
• Certificate of Appreciation.
• Lunches and refreshments on the days of Conference.
• Shuttle Bus between Riverside area’s Hotels and BCCK (Conference Venue) according to the Conference Programme.
• Excludes Workshops, Gala dinner, Travel, Accommodation and airport transfer costs.

* Please note that Conference registration fee does not include Workshop, Gala dinner, Travel, Accommodation and airport transfer costs.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

The secretariat must be notified in writing of all cancellations. Refund will be made only after the conference and only applicable under following circumstances.

• Cancellation on or before 31st August 2022: 95% refund (5% for Processing charge)
• Cancellation on or before 30th September 2022: 50% refund 
• Cancellation after 31st October 2022: No refund.

If no refund is required but a change in participant registration is needed, then the Secretariat must be informed in writing via email to AfsmConference2022@gmail.com
